Cancelling or changing your order, and returns policy:

If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us by phoning us on 0422 531 566. All cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 40% once the order has commenced. All changed orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied with every gift purchased. We cannot return/exchange products solely because they are not commonly a product that the recipient enjoys. If any item falls short of your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. However, we are unable to provide any refund.

Damaged Goods:

Our staff is well trained in package and shipping procedures. We want to ensure that your gift will arrive in perfect condition and that its presentation will dazzle the recipient. Should your gift be received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise, retaining all products and shipping materials. A claim will be filed with the carrier that delivered your gift. Shipping/handling fees and delivery costs are non-refundable.

We will make every effort to replace any damaged items to secure your satisfaction. We reserve the right to request that a damaged item be returned to us prior to replacement. Please note that glass products are not guaranteed against breakage by us or our carrier.

When placing an order for delivery to a Hospital, please ensure that you also provide us with a telephone number and address where the gift can be delivered should the patient be released from the hospital early.

Balloon Bouquets or other Balloon Gifts are not available for delivery outside of the Adelaide metropolitan area.

All orders for boxes or balloons are designed and shipped in a prompt and timely manner. Orders are processed on a first-come first-served basis and normally require a minimum of 24 hours for processing and design. Advance orders are preferred.
